Mô tả công việc

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure product delivery meets business goals.
  • Act as a Product Owner in Agile teams: maintain and prioritize product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and align deliverables with business needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing data-driven insights.

Required skills and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years working as a Product Owner.
  • Skills: product workshop
  • Preferred domain: digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
