Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to assess current systems/processes and identify pain points.
• Gather and validate requirements with internal stakeholders; ensure feasibility and propose solutions.
• Prepare and deliver solution demos and presentations to customer teams and leadership.
• Lead bidding activities: write proposals, build compliance matrix, and coordinate BOM/pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
● Consulting & Discovery: Meet with customers directly to assess the current state of systems and business processes (Contact Center, related systems, and IT infrastructure). Identify pain points and propose suitable solutions.
● Requirements Analysis: Work closely with the PO, SRE, BA, and other stakeholders to clarify customer requirements, validate feasibility between customer expectations and system capabilities, and provide appropriate
recommendations.
● Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver highly persuasive solution demos and presentation decks to customer teams and leadership.
● Bidding / Tendering: Lead the creation of proposal documents, build the technical compliance matrix, and coordinate with internal teams to finalize pricing and BOM (Bill of Materials).

Qualifications & Skills:
● Experience: Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in Presales or Software/IT Systems Solution Consulting for B2B/Enterprise customers.
● Preferred: Experience in Contact Center, CRM, or AI NLP domains.
● Soft skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; strong ability to “translate” technical concepts into business language.
● Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI models (LLMs, NLP), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and operational business systems.
● Strong task management skills; able to work under high pressure with a proactive mindset.
● Eager to learn; strong self-learning ability and effective information research skills to support work.
● Good English proficiency.

Salary: 25- 40M gross

Working location: làm việc linh hoạt bất kì đâu miễn hoàn thành tốt công việc và tham gia đầy đủ các cuộc họp với khách hàng (online / offline tuỳ yêu cầu của khách hàng). Có thể đi công tác.
