Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Junior) to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients, Product Managers, Project Managers, and the development team to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Candidates with experience in AI projects or the Banking/Financial Services domain are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
• Study business documents and transform requirements into functional specifications.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Design detailed business workflows, process flows, and system diagrams usingappropriate modeling tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, and project discussions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated clearly across teams.

Requirements

Must-have

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze business documents.
• Ability to create detailed business process flows and functional specifications.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Familiar with business analysis and diagramming tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on AI-related projects.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
