As a Senior Power Platform / Power Automate Consultant, you play a key role in designing, building, and managing high-quality low-code solutions for clients in education, government, healthcare, and business. You help organizations modernize and automate their processes securely within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You combine strong technical expertise with solid communication skills.
You advise stakeholders, lead projects from concept to go-live, and ensure sustainable implementations that deliver real value. You primarily work on client projects, acting as the lead consultant responsible for the delivered solution.

• Design and deliver solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Translate business processes into scalable, secure low-code solutions.
• Advice on governance, security, and adoption within the Power Platform.
• Lead client projects from intake to go-live.
• Handle technical intakes, solution design, and third-line support.
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers (including Vietnam team), and Microsoft specialists.
• Contribute to best practices, ALM processes (Dev/Test/Prod), and governance frameworks.
• Develop robust, maintainable solutions and explore Copilot/AI use cases.

Job Requirement:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong expertise in Power Automate, including complex workflows, integrations, and APIs.• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and basic knowledge of Power Fx.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, security, and compliance.
• Experience with governance, CoE frameworks, or managed environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of deployment strategies and release processes within the Power Platform.
• Interest in Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven automation, with ambition to grow further.
• Strong consulting skills: analysis, advisory, presentation, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and automation.
