Job Description
- At least 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong command of ASP.NET Core and related technologies (Must have)
- Proven experience as a senior or lead developer, including code reviews, pull requests, and technical guidance of junior developers (Must have)
- English level required: Advanced or Fluent, able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders (Must have)
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including cloud architecture, containerization, and deployments (Must have)
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with working via a DevOps board (Must have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges (Must have)
- Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to contribute to and drive iterative development processes (Must have)
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, or solid familiarity with Scrum processes (Nice-to-have)
- Experience with or clear exposure to AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Nice-to-have)
- Microsoft AI-102 certification, or demonstrable experience with Azure AI and Azure AI Foundry, with willingness to obtain AI-102 (Nice-to-have)
- Strong affinity for mentoring junior developers and helping the team grow technically (Nice-to-have)
