Mô tả công việc
- Own the development of features and new products across the full stack.
- Improve existing systems through code review and refactoring.
- Modernize our build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Become an expert in your product areas and our tech stack.
- Mentor junior engineers, both locally and globally.
Required skills and experiences
- Good English
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent from Top University
- Solid experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 4+ years building and maintaining complex APIs and/or web applications in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with container orchestration, CI/CD, and build processes.
- Experience with Elasticsearch / OpenSearch and Redis.
- Strong grasp of data architecture fundamentals and SQL.
- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework, preferably React.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (we run on AWS) and containerized applications.
Preferred skills and experiences
- Experience with online payment platforms (Forward, Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, etc.)
