• Salary: up to 50M net for Senior and up to 40M net for Middle level
• SHUI (BHXH): on the salary of 8M

Job overview and Responsibility

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on engineering experience who can apply AI and automation pragmatically to real production systems and development.
This role is not about building AI models from scratch, but about using AI effectively to improve software delivery, product capability, quality, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with other engineers, the AI Development team, Product, Delivery, Quality Engineering, and platform teams to embed AI-assisted workflows, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled/developed features into our SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications
• Develop high-quality backend and/or frontend services
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Integrate AI capabilities into SaaS products where they deliver real business value
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, security, and reliability
• Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior engineers and uplift team capability

Must have skills and experience:

• Strong commercial experience as a Software Engineer
  • Senior level: at least 5 year of experience in technical
  • Middle level: at least 3 year of experience in technical
• Proficiency in any programming languages and min 2 years with Java or .Net for Senior level and 1 year with Java/ .Net for Middle level
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on use of AI tools within the SDLC
• Experience with integrating AI service
• Practical mindset: knowing when AI adds value and when it doesn’t
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to communicate well in English with foreign clients
• Clear communication skills for reporting needs and answering technical and service questions. 
• Experience working with foreign companies, in particular, Australia
