Build products used by teams around the world. As a Product Management Intern at Katalon, you’ll work alongside experienced Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to solve real customer problems, shape AI-powered SaaS products, and learn how world-class software goes from idea to launch.

• Conduct market and competitive research on testing domain

• Develop customer problem statements, user personas, and jobs-to-be-done

• Map user journeys and workflows, and build UI wireframes and prototypes

• Draft product specs and requirements

• Run customer interviews, validate findings, and track success metrics

• Communicates well in written and spoken English, including writing specs, conducting interviews, and presenting findings that may challenge a stakeholder’s assumptions.

• Uses AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT effectively and can explain what MCP means; basic programming knowledge is a plus.

• Has strong problem-solving skills — able to break broad problems (e.g., “improve AI agents”) into testable, well-scoped questions and push beyond the obvious solution to find a sharper one.

• Is genuinely curious about customer problems, not just shipping features.

• Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
