Job Description

- Contract period: 6 months after passed probation (1 month), can be extended.
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to help reduce production bugs and establish robust code review processes for our mobile development team. Keep an eye on logs, infrastructure, and monitoring tools in order to provide regular diagnostics (probably weekly).
Key Responsibilities:
● Investigate and analyze recurring production issues in mobile applications
● Provide technical recommendations to minimize bugs and improve code quality
● Collaborate with the development team to establish standardized code review processes
● Design and implement best practices for mobile development (iOS & Android)
● Mentor developers on quality assurance and clean code principles
● Communicate well in English and Vietnamese.
Required Skills:
● Strong expertise in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
● Proven experience in mobile app architecture and best practices
● Deep understanding of code review processes and quality standards
● Experience troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
● Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
● Previous consulting or technical leadership experience
