Job Description

General 

• Minimum 5-year experience as software developer (required) 

• English level required: Top of Intermediate, Advanced (required) 

• Used to work in Scrum/Agile teams (required) 

• Familiar in using Microsoft DevOps (required) 

• Setup and maintain Azure Services (required) 

• General knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management) (optional) 

• Knowledge of Azure/(A)AD/EntraID/API/Security (optional) Back-end 

• Expert on .NET / C# / MS SQL / Modern ORM framework such as Entity Framework (required) 

• Knowledge of MS Graph / YAML pipelines / CI/CD (required) 

• Knowledge of ASP.Net Core MVC AI Proficiency 

• Daily AI usage in development tasks, including debugging, refactoring, documentation, and generating solutions 

• Comfortable with multiple AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Warp, etc.). 

• Ability to quickly adopt and experiment with newly released AI tools and integrate them into workflow 

• Strong AI-assisted development mindset, leveraging AI to increase productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
