Job overview and responsibility

  • Product Design & UI/UX Strategy (75%)
    • Collaborate on Feature Design: Partner closely with the Lead Front-end Designer, Product Managers, and the Product Owner to translate complex AI logic into intuitive, elegant, and frictionless user interfaces.
    • Expert UI/UX Execution: Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that feel editorial yet function as a robust SaaS tool.
    • Visual QA & Implementation Review: Act as the Visual Gatekeeper by constantly reviewing implemented screens. Work with developers to fix alignment, typography, and spacing issues to ensure the live product matches the design vision 100%.
  • Design Systems & Architecture (20%)
    • Design System Contribution: Actively collaborate & contribute to build, maintain, and help scale the comprehensive Design System. Focus on ensuring component design (e.g., modals, inputs, data viz) aligns with complex SaaS requirements while retaining a premium fashion aesthetic.
    • Bridge Design & Code: Write clean, semantic HTML/CSS to prototype interactions or polish production code, ensuring animations and responsive behaviors feel smooth and organic.
  • Brand & Marketing Support (5%)
    • Cross-Functional Visual Support: Dedicate a portion of capacity to support the Marketing and Recruitment teams, designing high-impact visual assets (social media, landing pages, pitch decks, hiring branding) to ensure a unified brand voice across the company.

Required skills and experiences

  • Expert UX/UI Skills: 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing complex SaaS applications or high-end e-commerce/fashion platforms.
  • The Fashion Eye: A demonstrated ability to design with white space, sophisticated typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Front-end Fluency: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and an understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue) allows you to implement your own designs or tweak existing code for perfection.
  • Tool mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including Auto-layout, Components, Variables, Dev Mode, and Figma Make for advanced prototyping and developer handoff) and Adobe Creative Suite (for the marketing/media design aspect).
  • English Fluency: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally in a global working environment.
  • Obsessive Attention to Detail.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and comfortable iterating quickly based on user feedback or AI technical constraints.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to PMs and provide constructive feedback to developers.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Experience designing interfaces for Generative AI tools.
  • Background in Photography or the Fashion Industry.
  • Experience with Motion Design (creating micro-interactions that delight users).
